MusiQuE has recently created a new permanent seat reserved for a student member of the Board.
The seminar organised by the European Consortium for Accreditation (ECA) and by the Accreditation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO) on 1st February 2018, focused on experiences of HEIs and QA agencies in dealing with programme quality within institutional reviews.
On 11 December 2017, MusiQuE was presented by Linda Messas, Director of MusiQuE, at the 4th Global Conference organised by the European Alliance for Subject-Specific and Professional Accreditation & Quality Assurance (EASPA).

Every two years, MusiQuE produces a Trend Analysis based on the reports of completed review and accreditation procedures.
On 10 November 2017, MusiQuE’s services, including the recently developed ‘critical friend approach’, were presented to the AEC members in a ‘snapshot session’ during the AEC Annual Congress by Martin Prchal, Chair of the Board, and Linda Messas, Director of MusiQuE.
The annual Training Session for MusiQuE Peer-reviewers took place on 8-9 November 2017 at the Academy of Music, University of Zagreb, Croatia.
