The AEC IRCs Meeting will take place from 15-18 September 2016 at the Academy of Music in Krakow, Poland. On Saturday 17th, at 12:30 and at 14:30, a parallel session will be dedicated to MusiQuE: MusiQuE will present examples of how international activities can contribute to the enhancement of quality (of curricula, learning outcomes and educational processes), and how AEC member institutions can benefit from MusiQuE’s services in that context. During the AEC Annual Congress on 10-12 November 2016, MusiQuE will deliver a session on Friday 11 November at 15:50. The session will include a presentation of MusiQuE’ structure, the services MusiQuE offers for AEC member institutions and the MusiQuE standards for institutional, programme and joint-programme review. MusiQuE’s concept of quality, which focuses on (artistic) standards as well as on educational quality (which includes the organisation and management of the curriculum, governance, internal and external communication, and student involvement), will also be presented.
